Customer called for emergency service their master toilet was backing up. Pulled the toilet and ran the snake. There was a soft blockage. Ran the camera to confirm blockage was eliminated and to confirm no additional issues with the line. Reset the toilet and flushed multiple times. Flushed all the other toilets in the house to confirm everything was working as it should.
Customer called to have a camera run through their sewer line due to occasional back ups. Ran the camera through the line and discovered there was a break in the line going into the city tap. The city tap was also broken. Since it was on the city side we were unable to offer repairs. Advised the customer of the situation and the city will be making repairs.
When I arrived the whole home was backed up. I found a clean out in the back yard and ran a big machine from it and pulled back roots, put camera in line, and all the roots are gone. Told customer to have us come back every three years to clean the line. The line is flowing properly at this time.
Hydro Jetting runs a hose through a pipe and using high pressure water to clear the line of an obstruction including but not limited to, grease, roots, and scale. When I arrived to the unit that was having problems with the toilet the customer wanted me to camera the line. I put the camera in the vent on the roof and found some debris in the line. We hydro jetted the line and ran the camera again. All of the debris is out of the line. The sewer line and toilet are flowing properly at this time.
Customer called to receive a quote to install a new Toto toilet, new AO Smith water heater and new PRV. Today upon arrival customer said he had been hearing noises in the kitchen sink. I ran water and did not hear anything.
