Customer called for leaking hose bibb. Advised that outdoor kitchen sink would need to be moved to reach pipe to hose bibb. Replaced shut off valve, a section of pipe, and hose bibb. Tested and working as should.

Customer called for issues with toilet. When I arrived, the pressure assist toilet in the basement area was not flushing. I ordered the bladder will return on Tuesday to replace bladder. While on site I fixed the drain on the laundry sink and caulked the sink to the wall. Checked for leaks to all fixtures. No leaks at this time.

Customer called stating there was a leak. Upon arrival I inspected the area. There was a slight drip in the celling of the basement. Came upstairs and found the hot side hose to the washer was leaking. Replaced the hot side hose and checked for leaks. No leaks at this time.

We pulled the drain in the shower in master and re-puttied the drain . We did not find the drain leaking it looks like the water is leaking from the tile.

Customer called stating their whole home was backed up. When I arrived the main sewer line to the house was backed up. We pulled the toilet in the bathroom and snaked the line about 20 feet. There was a ball of roots that was I was unable to cut through with sewer machine. I put a sewer camera in the line and located the line outside heading towards the street. The area of pipe where the root ball is approximately 4 foot deep right under the power box. Reset toilet and no leaks at this time. Advised customer we could hydro jet the sewer line or dig up area and replace section of pipe.
